Cooking Instructions: Lightly coat vegie roast with a vegetable oil of your choice and rub in rosemary and mint glaze provided. Place on greased baking tray and bake in oven pre-heated to 180 degrees C for 25-30 minutes. Note, metal clips and plastic casing must be removed before preparation.
