How to cook Gardein Golden Fishless Filets
Conventional /toaster oven (recommended):
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Bake frozen fishless filets on a non-stick baking sheet for 10-12 mins (oven) or 12-14 mins (toaster oven) per side until golden brown, crisp and hot throughout (oven temperatures may vary).
Short on time?
First microwave (1000 W): Place two frozen fishless filets on microwave safe plate and microwave for 1 min on high. Then pan-fry in a non-stick fry-pan (no oil) over medium heat for 4-4 ½ mins each side until golden brown, crispy and hot throughout.
Deep fryer: Preheat oil to 350ºF. Fry frozen fishless filets for 372 mins until golden, crisp and hot throughout. ftp: Let stand 2 minutes. Do not overcook. Cook until internal temperature reaches minimum of 165ºF.
