Just Green Vegan Calamari

Cooking instructions on the pack: Remove from packaging. Fry in a little oil on medium heat for 3 -5 minutes, turning once.

Cooking instructions from my kitchen: Cook from frozen. Remove from packaging and break the pieces up. Cook in a frying pan with reasonable amount of oil. The product is not suitable for shallow frying. So the level of oil should cover at least half of the rings. And turn them more than once until the right colour is achieved.


Serving suggestions: Vegan calamari goes well with freshly squeezed lemon juice, vegan tartare sauce, raw salad and home-made chips.

Ingredients: Algae gum, corn starch, potato starch, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, breadcrumb.
