How to cook Gardein Sweet and Tangy Barbecue Wings
Stove top is best: ln sauté pan over medium heat, add 1 Tbsp of oil. Add frozen wings and cook 4-6 mins until crispy and brown on both sides. Add sauce to pan for 30 seconds to coat wings.

How to Gardein Sweet and Tangy Barbecue Wings in toaster oven/conventional oven:
Pre-heat to 400ºF. ln a bowl mix wings and sauce until well coated. Place frozen wings flat on baking dish and bake for 10-15 mins until crisp.

Try: Let rest for 1 minute and serve. Do not overcook.
Cook until internal temperature reaches minimum of 165ºF.

Sauce pack: Place pack in bowl of hot water for 4 mins to defrost.

Lettuce wrap snack
Prepare wings with sauce as above. Let cool for 3-4 minutes and slice. On a butter lettuce leaf, place chick’n, carrots (thin strips), green onions, fresh coriander (cilantro) and wrap it up.
