Caroline’s Vegetarian Fishless Tuna looks and tastes like tuna. I’d say very close to the real thing. It is a vegan product which now can be purchased in Australia. It is also very practical: you just open the tin, drain your vegetarian tuna and use it the way you like.
Caroline’s Vegetarian Fishless Tuna comes in different tin sizes (142 gr and 370 gr). I bought the smallest size (142 gr) just to try it out if we like it. Well, we did. Especially my husband. I would definitely get Caroline’s Vegetarian Fishless Tuna again.
Here’ s Caroline’s Vegetarian Fishless Tuna Ingredients:

Where to use: I’d say it can be used in any number of recipes where tuna is normally used, such as Tuna Salad Nori Rolls, Chunky Fishless Tuna Salad, tuna and mayonnaise sandwich, Fishless Tuna Casserole and much more!
Here, I have my vegetarian tuna salad (see photo below). I used all the fresh ingredients I had in my fridge or my herb garden such as mint, parsley, lettuce, tomato and baby radish. And as a salad dressing, I used extra virgin olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice and a little salt.
